Oh, I fell for it too! Keel’s Simple Diary…it arrived yesterday and I love it! While I was at it, I also ordered this book, which is super too. Lots of inspiration. It feels like all these pretty old things you see at flea markets, but decide not to take with you, because you already have so many stuff. And now you can look at them in a book!

Last week I thrifted this book that has this supernice illustrations (over 3700) in it. I like it a lot.
I saw this just now on BBC, I really have to watch all of Planet Earth…amaaaaazing!

I just couldn’t resist buying this one for 3 euros. I’ll probably never use it, since it needs film cassettes that are somewhat hard to find… But it looks nice just sitting around :)

After a nice lunch, I went to the bookmarket. I didn’t buy any books, but I did buy a really beautiful map of the Stille Oceaan (the Pacific Ocean).

I’m pretty disappointed I couldn’t unload the Zenith-E properly…there’s something wrong with the spool. And I made some nice pictures with it, I think, so too bad! But I guess it’s a pretty simple problem, maybe I can fix it…
Have a happy Easter!

Today I went to the thrift store and bought 2 cameras. Inspired by Lea I wanted to shoot some analogue pictures again. When I got home, searching for film I still had hidden somewhere, I came across 2 other cameras I already had for a long time.
Top left is my Nikon F301, it’s a 35mm SLR camera and my parents bought me this one when I went to art school (I studied photography there for 1 year, after that I switched to graphic design). It’s a great camera, but pretty heavy.
Top right is a camera I totally forgot I had (I do the same thing with books etc.) and I have never used it. I think I got it somewhere at a flea market. Everything on it is in Russian, so I had no idea what camera it was, but I think I figured it out: a Russian version of a Zenith-E. It looks like it is in a good condition.
Bottom left is one of the cameras I just bought…I’m not sure if it works, but it looks nice anyway. It’s a Kodak Instamatic 104.
And then bottom right is the other one I just thrifted: the very light weighted Konica C35 EF-P.
I also own this flash, but it doesn’t fit on top of all cameras…
I love my digital camera, because it is so light, I take it everywhere I go. But I will give these a try, starting with the Zenith-E.
Ps. Sorry if the bright pink blanket hurts your eyes! :)
